Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor at our Kenosha, WI store. You will assist in driving store execution, support the Store Management team, and help ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

When managers are absent, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed. The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew and coordinate activities with store management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure pleasant shopping experiences.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promos according to planograms.
