Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and uphold privacy policies.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and seasonal promotions.
• Perform merchandising tasks, signage placement and inventory per planograms.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines and maintain visual standards.
