Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution, customer service excellence, and operational readiness. You will lead staff when managers are off-site and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

This full-time role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay at $16 per hour, and opportunities to develop leadership

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer questions and complaints.
• Maintain shelves, merchandise presentation and stock levels.
