Job summary

CVS Health in Gladstone, MO is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is on site, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise tasks, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays per weekly promotions, while upholding CVS customer service standards and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager to ensure daily operations.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and ensure clear communication with management.
