What You’ll Do

As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, complete their duties, and follow brand standards & food safety requirements. You will assist in training new team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.

  • Lead team activities on shift.
  • Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
  • Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
  • Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures.
  • Perform kitchen tasks like prepping, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products.
  • Maintain product knowledge.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
  • Report observations or concerns to leadership.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Essential Experience & Skills
  • Cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact positively with the public and coworkers.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Frequently lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions and policies.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
