Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Willingness to work 20–40+ hours per week.
• Successfully completed Crew Leader Training and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant employees during shifts to meet service goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely customer orders.
• Maintain product quality and cleanliness per handbook.
• Coach and direct staff to achieve standards and safety guidelines.
• Manage cash handling and daily paperwork.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and station coverage.
