Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Purcell, OK. The role oversees shift operations across Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales, coaching team members and ensuring policy compliance.

The hourly pay ranges from $14.50 to $15.00, with annual pay around $35,500 to $37,000, and a schedule roughly 45 hours per week on a rotating basis. Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be at least 21 years old.

• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
