Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Oklahoma City, OK. The role leads the store crew, drives customer satisfaction, and oversees shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales. 21+ with a valid driver's license and at least 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
