Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Enid, OK to lead the store crew, maximize sales and ensure top customer experience. The role oversees food service, grocery and fountain operations, with a focus on training, inventory, safety and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong leadership and a commitment to teamwork, with a work schedule around 45 hours per week and a starting hourly range of $14.50–$15.00.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with ability to lead a team.
• Strong customer focus and leadership skills.
• Willingness to coach and train crew members.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to work a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's policies and practices are followed.
