Job summary

Braum's in Purcell, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach staff, and maintain food quality. The role offers an hourly rate of $14.50–$15.00 with annualized range around $35,500–$37,000 and a rotating 3-week schedule.

Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, HS diploma or GED, is 21+, and possesses a valid driver's license. Reports to Assistant Manager; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, disability and paid vacations.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
