Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and lead the store crew.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's policies are implemented and followed.
• Work schedule varies on a rotating 3-week schedule with about 45 hours per week.
