Disc Replay is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a 3-5 person team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store operations throughout each shift. You will supervise daily activities, manage stock and merchandising, and handle open/close procedures with attention to safety and cash handling.

The role emphasizes a hands-on environment, collaboration with team members, and a focus on delivering a positive, engaging customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and safely lift 50lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of 3-5 people per shift, including directing the team to assist customers and ensure the store is properly merchandised.
• Foster a positive, productive environment with your team and customers.
• Open/Close the store, including managing safe and register funds and overseeing open/closing procedures.
• Perform sales transactions with our customers, focusing on the customer-experience and leaving a good impression.
