Disc Replay is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a 3-5 person team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store operations throughout each shift. You will supervise daily activities, manage stock and merchandising, and handle open/close procedures with attention to safety and cash handling.

The role emphasizes a hands-on environment, collaboration with team members, and a focus on delivering a positive, engaging customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

As the Shift Supervisor, you will oversee teams of 3-5 people to create a fun environment for our customers, ensure our customers are helped in a timely fashion, and ensure our store is properly stocked and merchandised. This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet all day, every day, constantly interacting and engaging with team members and customers.
