Job summary

Disc Replay in Portage, MI is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a small team on the shop floor. You will guide 3-5 associates, ensure customers are assisted quickly, and keep the store properly stocked and merchandised.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be on your feet most of the day, perform sales transactions, coach teammates, and uphold the store's core values while driving daily metrics.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time and safely lift 50lbs without assistance

• Oversee teams of 3-5 people per shift, including directing the team to assist customers and ensure the store is properly merchandised
• Foster a positive, productive environment with your team and customers
• Open/Close the store, including managing safe and register funds and overseeing open/closing procedures
• Perform sales transactions with our customers, focusing on the customer-experience and leaving a good impression

As the Shift Supervisor, you will oversee teams of 3-5 people to create a fun environment for our customers, ensure our customers are helped in a timely fashion, and ensure our store is properly stocked and merchandised. This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet all day, every day, constantly interacting and engaging with team members and customers.
