Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Endicott, NY plant to lead a ~30-person manufacturing team on a noon-midnight 2-2-3 shift. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity, coach staff, manage schedules, and partner with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance to reduce waste and costs.

This exempt role requires a minimum of one year supervisory experience and a high school diploma; college is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing production team to achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals.
• Hire, schedule, and supervise full-time and temporary staff.
• Coach and provide timely feedback; administer disciplinary processes when needed.
• Conduct quarterly and annual reviews; support team development and training.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve quality and efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, manage costs, and apply lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain inventory controls and ensure safety and cleanliness of the workplace.
