Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor (Patient Services) position at Mayo Clinic Phoenix, located at 5777 East Mayo Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85054. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
