Summary

The Accident Billing Supervisor is responsible for managing Accident Billing, Asset Fleet Reduction (AFR) billing, invoice accuracy, financial controls, and financial/operational reporting for both internal and external customers. This position requires managing work analysis and staffing, customer interactions, financial forecasting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement/performance. This role focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity, meeting service/productivity standards, and resolving operational problems and identifying business process opportunities.

Experience with RPA is a benefit.
Essential Functions
  • Manage Accident Billing team, including ensuring developmental goals are achieved, training is completed, and supporting talent development.
  • Ensure billing processes are accurate and timely, including accidents, ACS closures, unbillable exceptions, AFRs, 3rd Party Billing, Miami Credits validation, revenue validation, and GL monitoring.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement related to cost, productivity, and performance.
  • Lead or participate in projects at various organizational levels.
  • Manage operational and performance metrics, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in hiring, performance management, and rewards decisions; provide guidance, coaching, and training; manage work coverage, scheduling, attendance, and payroll.

  • Ensure work is performed consistently and timely within company policies and procedures.

Compensation Information

The salary range is $59,600 to $89,450, influenced by experience, education, location, and other factors. The position may include bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
