CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy store team in a part-time role. You will lead store staff in absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold customer service standards. Flexibility for mornings, overnight, and weekends is needed.

The role emphasizes supervision, communication, and merchandise presentation, with an emphasis on delivering a positive shopping experience and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS service culture; maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
