Job summary

SINTEL is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee painting and assembly operations, ensuring parts meet print specifications and scheduling requirements. You will train and supervise the shift’s production and HILO drivers, drive efficiency, and maintain safety compliance.

Responsibilities include conducting periodic reviews and enforcing safety standards per Sintel procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5–10 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, computer, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts painted and assembled meet print specifications and special instructions on work orders.
• Meet monthly efficiency targets and scrap targets.
• Supervise all production and HILO drivers on their shift.
• Conduct periodic employee performance reviews.
• Ensure all painting and assembly operations comply with Sintel safety standards.
