Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. in Springfield, MN is seeking a production supervisor to direct the activities of all final assembly lines and paint operations, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will supervise the assembly and paint teams, build and update production schedules, provide quality and efficiency reports, pursue continuous improvement, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with team leaders to meet weekly ship schedules and maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• Five years experience in manufacturing/supervisory setting.
• Good verbal and written communication, leadership, computer.
• Training provided on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of all final assembly lines and paint to achieve the quality, safety, and service goals of the company.
• Supervise the operations of the assembly and paint teams.
• Build and update production schedules.
• Provide reports on quality and efficiency.
• Look for continuous improvement opportunities to the processes used on the production floor.
• Ensure all employees are aware and following safety policies.
• Verify the safety of all machines and processes in Assembly and Paint.
• Direct and confer with team leaders to meet the weekly ship schedules.
• Work with teams to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain adherence to BOM and assembly processes.
• Conduct all performance evaluations of assigned employees.
