Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required and 5–10 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, memos, and correspondence.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) required at a minimum.
• Ability to interpret a variety of written, oral, diagram, computer, or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Meet all requirements of Sintel's quality policy, manual, operating procedures and work instructions for this job function.
• Ensure employees understand their duties under the work orders and safety rules.
• Ensure painted and assembled parts meet prints and special instructions noted on work orders and are completed on time.
• Conduct periodic employee performance reviews and manage production shifts.
