Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience as industrial painter or related role preferred.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily paint operations to meet quality standards and production targets.
• Train and mentor leads and painters to improve skills and career growth.
• Schedule and coordinate staffing to ensure timely production.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness in paint area.
• Monitor quality and process improvement opportunities.
