Job summary

Intermountain Electronics is seeking a Paint Supervisor on First Shift at our South Point, Ohio facility to oversee all aspects of the paint process and ensure quality, safety, and on-time production. The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and requires training, mentoring, and leading a team of painters and leads.

The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, coach staff, enforce safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with the production

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent plus two years experience working as an industrial painter.
• One year training or education in painting at a recognized trade school or apprenticeship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the paint process daily to meet quality standards and cost targets.
• Train and mentor leads and employees to maximize painting skills and career growth.
• Monitor performance and schedule staff to meet production goals.
• Direct staffing with team leads and Manufacturing Manager for optimal resource use.
• Provide training and direction to team leads and painters; coach for performance improvement.
