TOPPAN Packaging Americas, a leader in sustainable packaging, seeks a Shift Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will drive safety, quality, and productivity on your shift while managing material flow and cost performance.

You will supervise frontline staff, enforce SOPs, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to meet production goals at our on-site plant in North Carolina.
