TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Plant City, FL is seeking an App Label Machine Operator to join our production team. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will help ensure safety, quality, productivity and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with 4 days on / 4 days off and shifts 5:45am-6:00pm or 5:45pm-6:00am.

Pay is $15.67/hr plus a $0.50 shift differential. Candidate requirements include manufacturing experience, ability to read standard work instructions, basic math skills, and proficiency with

Summary Description

The App Label Machine Operator, reporting to the Supervisor, plays a key role in supporting our production environment. This position contributes to overall operational success with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork—core elements of the Toppan culture. Position: App Label Machine Operator Hiring Manager: Marcel Jean Hours: 5:45am-6:00pm or 5:45pm-6:00am, 4 days on / 4 days off Location: Plant City, FL Rate: $15.67/hr. + $ .50 shift differential

What you’ll be doing

• Lift up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions, including standing, walking, twisting, wrist movements, and bending at the waist and knees.
• Work safely around flashing lights and/or strobe features associated with labeling and printing equipment.
• Extend arms to shoulder height and occasionally overhead; perform twisting, bending, and stooping as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
