Shift Supervisor Restaurant – Food Service Supervisor – Management

Position: Shift Supervisor
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Shift: 2:00 pm – Close
Hourly Compensation: $15.50 – $16.00 (annual $40,000 – $42,500)
Work Schedule: Rotating 3‑week schedule, expected 45‑hour week
Reports to: Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of Braum’s food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
