Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Abilene, TX to lead shift operations, coach team members, and ensure quality service. Expected schedule includes evenings with a 45-hour week and bi-weekly bonus eligibility.

Base hourly pay ranges $15.50–$16.00 with annualized earnings around $42,500–$45,500, plus strong benefits and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include coaching staff, maximizing sales, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across food service, grocery, and fountain

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
