Job summary

Braum's Tyler, TX is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations and mentor the crew. You’ll focus on delivering great customer experiences, food quality, and sales performance while guiding team members through coaching and development.

The role requires 1 year of experience, a 2:00 pm to close shift, and a competitive hourly wage of $15.50–$16.00 with benefits and a bi-weekly bonus program. Equal opportunity employer.

Shift Supervisor's role

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
