Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew, uphold food quality, and drive customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Assistant Manager and supports shift operations across Braum's food service, groceries, and fountain sales in a fast-paced Texas store.

Qualified candidates bring 1 year of experience and a high school diploma (or GED). Expect a 45-hour week with rotating shifts and a bi-weekly bonus program in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00

(annually $40,000 - $43,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
