The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform assigned tasks to develop management skills, learn about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service, and understand CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, Trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisory positions.
