The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves performing tasks as directed to gain supervisory skills, completing basic management training, and learning about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support store management by driving store performance and ensuring excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.

The pay range reflects the base hourly rate or full-time salary, with actual offers depending on experience, education, location, and other factors.
CVS Health is committed to helping people achieve better health through accessible, affordable, and seamless health services, plans, and community pharmacy support.
