Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address issues with underperforming employees.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as point of contact for employee requests and time-off.
• Mentor and develop staff, encourage career advancement.
