The ideal candidate brings front‑of‑house and culinary experience, strong communication, and organization. This full‑time position emphasizes staff development, safety, and service quality across meal periods.

Qualifications

• Front‑of‑house and culinary experience required.
• Ability to supervise shift operations and manage staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, discipline when necessary.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management; ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints and time‑off requests.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
