Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division in Ocala, FL is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor. Location: 2489 Northwest 35th Avenue Road, Ocala, FL 34475. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–3:00 pm or 6:00 pm–3:30 am.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising associates on shift.
• Ability to train and develop staff on job duties.
• Experience creating and managing work schedules.
• Proven skills in evaluating performance and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure policies are followed.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and maintain quality, safety, and productivity metrics.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
