Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor in Boca Raton, FL. You will direct a team during a shift, oversee tasks, and help maintain policy adherence while supporting training and mentoring efforts.

The role requires supervisory experience (preferred) and offers on-the-job training. Schedule is full-time, Monday through Sunday, with hours varying. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

• Willing to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality expectations.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety goals are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee questions, time-off requests, and concerns.
• Mentor staff and encourage career growth within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
