Job summary

Braum's in Burkburnett, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team, uphold brand standards, and deliver a great customer experience while maximizing sales.

The position requires 1 year or more of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Schedule rotates on a 3-week cycle with about 45 hours per week. You will coach crew, oversee operations, inventory, safety, and ensure policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
