Braum's Inc. in Burleson, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead storefront operations on a rotating three-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. The role oversees Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales, coaching staff and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Starting hourly compensation is $14.50–$15.00 with annualized range about $35,500–$37,000. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license;

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
