Braum's in Fort Worth is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations during a shift, coach team members, and ensure a great customer experience. You will oversee food service, grocery, and fountain operations, monitor stock, equipment, safety, and maintain Braum's policies with a focus on quality and service.

The role requires 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license, with a rotating schedule and 45-hour work week. Reports to the Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations for food service, grocery, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies are followed.
