Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor at the Bonham, TX location to lead the store crew and drive a great customer experience. You will help maximize sales, supervise food service, grocery and fountain operations, and monitor inventory, safety and cleanliness to Braum's standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, 21+ years old, and offers an excellent benefits package with a bi-weekly bonus program, plus earned vacations and retirement plan options.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
