Job summary

Braum's in Kingfisher, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew, drive customer satisfaction and ensure high food quality. This on-site role reports to the Assistant Manager and features a rotating 3-week schedule with an approximate 45-hour week.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies are implemented and followed.
