Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Store 166 in Tulsa, OK. You will lead the crew from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, coach staff, and maintain high food quality and customer satisfaction while maximizing sales.

Requirements include at least 1 year of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Expect a 45-hour week with a rotating schedule and opportunities for growth within Braum's.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
