Braum's Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver a great customer experience. You will supervise a team across food service, grocery and fountain sales, drive sales, and uphold Braum's standards.

The role offers an 45-hour work week on a rotating 3-week schedule and an hourly wage of $14.50–$15.00, with benefits and opportunities for advancement within Braum's.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail or management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach store crew.

Responsabilités

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
