Job summary

CVS Health in Bradford, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team by driving store execution and customer service excellence. When management is unavailable, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, and help maintain a positive shopping experience while guarding patient confidentiality and proper sign/display maintenance. 35 hours weekly; full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and coordinate store operations in absence of manager.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels.
