Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Brookfield, IL is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing daily operations and driving customer service excellence.

You will lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain merchandise presentation and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
