Job summary

CVS Health in State College, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team by driving store execution and delivering outstanding customer service.

In this full-time role, you will lead store staff when managers are absent, supervise daily activities, open and close procedures, maintain shelves and displays, handle customer questions, and uphold company policies to ensure a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of the manager to ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily activities for store execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries following policy.
• Maintain shelves, price items, and ensure displays are up-to-date and compliant with planograms.
