Job summary

Blarney Castle is seeking a full-time shift supervisor for its c-store operations. You will assist the store manager, supervise a team, and ensure service, cleanliness, and product quality across shifts.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and strong math for cash handling, with flexibility to work at various locations and shifts as needed. High school diploma or GED plus retail experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required along with progressively responsible retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Duties performed across shifts based on business needs.
• Be willing to work at different locations as directed by District Manager.
• Ensure every customer receives immediate and undivided staff attention.
• Identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities for smooth operations.
• Provide clear, timely coaching to employees to improve performance.
• Assist with training new employees and reinforce successful performance.
• Maintain inventory levels within c-store operations to standards.
• Build positive relationships with the shift team.
• Follow operational policies including cash handling, safety, and security.
• Complete required training and store paperwork as needed.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication and teamwork.
• Maintain attendance, work various shifts, and handle physical tasks as needed.
• Balance cash registers and assist in deli inventory management.
