Qualifications

Required: Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Required: Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

Management: work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store's crew; direct and follow up on activities; communicate with management and crews.
Customer Service: assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle customer relations per policy, maintain confidentiality.
Merchandise/Presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, maintain off-shelf merchandise, reset departments per planograms.
