Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS customer service.
• Maintain pricing, stock shelves and oversee displays and merchandising.
• Reset departments following planograms and manage weekly promotions and seasonal merchandise.
