Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Bloomington, IN to support the store management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When management is unavailable, you will lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional/seasonal displays.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
