Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all store activities and tasks.

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; resolve issues.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and privacy.
• Stock shelves and merchandise; execute displays and inventories.
• Reset departments according to planograms.
